Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Cancel anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
How do I cancel?
Text or email me and I'll cancel it the same day. Card subscriptions can also be cancelled from the receipt Stripe emails you.
Do unused videos roll over?
Videos are made each month from what you send. If you're short on footage one month, tell me and we'll work it out.
When does work start?
As soon as your first payment comes through and I have your photos and clips. First batch within 5 business days.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down, starting with your next month. Just text me.
Is my card information safe?
Card payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card number.
